We are thrilled to announce the launch of SUSRUR OC3 Call for Service Providers, a unique opportunity for experts and organizations to play a pivotal role in supporting tourism SMEs in their journey towards sustainability and innovation.

This Call for Expression of Interest aims to establish a Pool of Service Providers that will assist up to 50 awarded tourism SMEs from five European regions. Selected SMEs under the OC3 - COLLABORATE program will use the financial support provided through the SUSRUR program to access specialized consultancy services tailored to their specific needs.
Who Can Apply?
Service providers legally based in Spain, Austria, Greece, Romania, and Lithuania with expertise in one or more of the following fields are invited to submit their Expression of Interest:
- Digital Marketing Plan
- Sustainability Action Plan
- Technology and Innovation Survey for the Circular Economy of rural tourism SMEs
- Technology and Innovation survey for the Clean Energy Transition of rural tourism SMEs
- Technology and Innovation survey for the Digitalisation of rural tourism SMEs (Digital Marketing excluded)
Expected Services
- A minimum of three meetings (online and/or in person) with awarded SMEs:
- Initial assessment of awarded SMEs needs, value proposition, customers/ end-users, other;
- Follow-up meetings.
- A final report of at least 20 pages in the topic chosen by awarded SMEs and depending on the area of knowledge and expertise of the service provider:
- Digital Marketing Plan
- Sustainability Action Plan
- Technology and Innovation Survey for the Circular Economy of rural tourism SMEs
- Technology and Innovation Survey for the Clean Energy Transition of rural tourism SMEs
- Technology and Innovation Survey for the Digitalisation of rural tourism SMEs (Digital Marketing excluded)
In that sense, providers are required to support awarded SMEs in their projects to one or more of the above mentioned subjects.
