OC3: Call for Service Providers

The Call for Expression of Interest for the Admission of Service Providers aims to gather a Pool of Service Providers to assist awarded SMEs to implement a specific activity of their projects.
Up to 50 Tourism SMEs from five European eligible regions will be selected under this programme and use the lump-sum financial support granted to them to access specialised consultancy services to enhance their sustainability and innovation performance towards the twin green and digital transitions.
Providers legally based in Spain, Austria, Greece, Romania, and Lithuania and with proven experience and expertise in one or more of the following fields are invited to submit their expression of interest: Digital Marketing, Marketing, Sustainability, Circular Economy for rural tourism SMEs, Clean Energy Transition of rural tourism SMEs, Digitalisation of rural tourism SMEs (Digital Marketing excluded), Technology and Innovation, and any other similar field.
Service providers profile
Providers can be, non-exclusively, public bodies, universities, research institutions, non-governmental organisations, foundations or non for profit organisations, micro and SMEs (see definition of SME according to the European Commission Recommendation 2003/361/EC) or large enterprises.
Topics and required services
As part of their participation in the SUSRUR Open Call #3 - Collaborate, awarded SMEs will select one of the following topics:
- Digital Marketing Plan
- Sustainability Action Plan
- Technology and Innovation Survey for the Circular Economy of rural tourism SMEs
- Technology and Innovation survey for the Clean Energy Transition of rural tourism SMEs
- Technology and Innovation survey for the Digitalisation of rural tourism SMEs (Digital Marketing excluded)
Service Providers are then expected to supply specialised services, which consist of:
- A minimum of three meetings (online and/or in person) with awarded SMEs:
- Initial assessment of awarded SMEs needs, value proposition, customers/ end-users, other;
- Follow-up meetings.
- A final report of at least 20 pages in the topic chosen by awarded SMEs and depending on the area of knowledge and expertise of the service provider:
- Digital Marketing Plan
- Sustainability Action Plan
- Technology and Innovation Survey for the Circular Economy of rural tourism SMEs
- Technology and Innovation Survey for the Clean Energy Transition of rural tourism SMEs
- Technology and Innovation Survey for the Digitalisation of rural tourism SMEs (Digital Marketing excluded)
In that sense, providers are required to support awarded SMEs in their projects to one or more of the above mentioned subjects.
Application Procedure
- Providers have to submit their Expression of Interest through F6S submission system at www.f6s.com.
Note: Expression of Interest submitted via any other means will not be admitted. - Providers have to create a F6S user profile to be able to submit their Expression of Interest.
- Expression of Interests must be submitted in English.
- In case of self-employed persons, providers need to attach their CV. Remaining entities need to provide documentation showcasing or justifying their expertise, e.g. a service portfolio.
- Providers, by submitting their Expression of Interest and by being admitted by the SUSRUR consortium, agree that their profile will be visible to awarded SMEs.
- After submission, SUSRUR consortium will verify the information provided. Only admitted providers will receive a notification by email confirming their admission to the pool of service providers.
- Admitted providers will be highlighted (entity’s logo and name) as such in the SUSRUR community page on the SUSRUR project website. The SUSRUR website privacy policy is available at: https://susrur.eu/gdpr.
- Providers will be admitted on a rolling basis minimum until 15 March 2025 and beyond, if there is need for additional or specific service provider profiles based upon SMEs’ projects and necessities.
